Let’s cut to the chase. I’m here to boost your productivity by eliminating inefficiencies during your work hours. My expertise? Help clients discover not-so-productive working patterns through the lens of ADHD and identify how you can apply coping strategies in your tasks and responsibilities at work.

 

I will be clear. ADHD coaching is not your typical sports coach scenario. I won’t dictate what you should do. It is a transformative journey to unravel the intricacies of your behavioral and thinking patterns uncovering the root of what’s holding you back.

 

Why a journey? ADHD traits manifest uniquely in each person’s life. It hinges on factors such as your job categories, types of tasks, character strengths, personality, and your superpower. There is no one-size-fits-all solution; a copy-paste strategy won’t cut it. 

 

We dig deep to unearth your true sources of motivation and excitement. Through in-depth discussions, we will reveal how you best process and organize information and translate it into tangible results. Leveraging your strengths becomes the cornerstone of working smart, not harder.

 

Why do I exclusively coach professionals? I am not just an expert in ADHD/executive functions; I bring real-world experience as a seasoned management consultant across diverse industries. ADHD coping mechanisms in the workplace are insufficient; it's about seamlessly integrating strategies into your business context. 

 

Here is the essence. Developing new neuro pathways to break free from current behavioral patterns is challenging. It requires practice – a lot of it. We craft several strategies weekly, with a subsequent review. I hold you accountable and ensure you recognize progress no matter how small. But that’s not it. I help you cultivate intriguing perspectives about yourself. The ultimate skillset? Objective self-reflection skill that enables you to ponder how you can do things differently and better.

 

ADHD isn’t a flaw; it’s a unique way of thinking and doing things. We just need to uncover, own, and be proud of it.  

 

I recommend committing several months to establish a rhythm in rediscovering your brain. Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, paid for four sessions upfront to ease weekly payment concerns.

 

Sounds like a commitment? Perhaps. But all my clients leave sessions excited to try new things the following week. They make progress – sometimes notable progress with eye-opening findings. But here's the deal: I can't do it for you. We have to do it together. Some clients have been with me well over a year – it's a journey, and I'm your partner every step of the way. Let's get you there, one baby step at a time.

 

Now what? If you want to meet me via zoom before you commit, book an introductory session ($25) for 45 min. We will chat to get to know each other. If you didn’t think we hit it off, that is perfectly fine. I encourage you to go and interview other people. If you feel ready to start a journey, go to online booking page and select “Productivity Coaching” to book an appointment. I will send you a PayPal payment request afterwards. Then we are ready to go.
