The forward-thinking approach also helps clients to release themselves from the past stigma and shift their focus to the potential changes they can make moving forward.

A strength-based is a critical component in our coaching sessions to help clients become more resourceful and resilient when facing challenges.

Exploring clients' intrinsic strengths and positive attributes help us uncover new ways to apply their strengths as solutions. It also enables clients to harness their self-determination with lasting momentum and confidence to deploy newly found.

ACTION PLANS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

IChanges n order to ensure clients' consistent engagement towards reaching their goals, our coaching sessions usually end with some action plans based on the discussions. These may only be a small list, but they are actionable ones and critical to determine

 

and clients are encouraged to take actions during the time before the next appointment.
