Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling: 24 hours before the original appointment time. (Please make an online account to do so.) Appointments can be made up to 12 hours prior. I will be in Japan between 10/17 and 11/25. My hours will be 7 am - 7 pm JST, 4 pm - 4 am MST, 6 pm - 6 am EST. If you require to book outside of these hours, please contact me. I will make an arrangement. I will open available time slots 10 days at the time.
